Whom This Program is For

This program is for leaders transitioning into a new role. Its purpose is to help you get off to a good start. Your colleagues, manager and other key stakeholders are watching you and the first 3 to 6 months are critical for making an impression. This program is designed to help you focus on what really matters in those first months, how to avoid typical pitfalls and how to cultivate behaviours that will help you truly exceed.

Learning Approach

This is very much an experiential approach. Participants will need to actively take part and will be encouraged to commit to experimentation, follow-up and learning by doing. That’s because we „act“ our way into new behaviours.  The focus is very much on „what“ AND „how“. Learning happens in weekly workshop sessions, small-group learning clinics and through self-study.

Registration & Cost

The program runs for 8 weeks in revolving 2-hour sessions on Tuesdays between 18:00 and 20:00 CET. The virtual, large-group sessions are supplemented by two 90-minute small-group learning clinic. The program cost is €4.300 per person including VAT. (€3.613,45 excluding 19% VAT).
