My Purpose is to help leaders, teams and organizations look at their challenges with fresh thinking and empower them to change their behavior in a way that allows them to leverage their strengths and values for the benefit of the business as well as their wider sphere of influence.

My Mission
My mission is to enable meangingful organizational and individual change by helping my clients find practical solutions to pressing challenges and helping them move quickly from plan to action.
I do this by
- Creating a space where the people I work with can remove their masks and express their authentic self
- Helping them apply their newfound insights to their daily actions
- Being and remaining curious to understand my client's world
- Keep the interests of all stakeholders in mind

- Serving business clients as a coach, facilitator and consultant since 2004
- Prior to that, 18 years in the automotive industry (manufacturers and suppliers), most recently as VP Sales at a cloud software company.
- Completed degrees in political science, law and business administration
- Grew up in Toronto, Canada with three sisters, a German mother and an Italian father
