  • Sometimes I'm approached by business partners who are very successful. While there is nothing "wrong", they want an external perspective on what they're doing to ensure that the business and the partnership continue to function well
  • In other cases, I'm approached because something is not working so well. For example, the partners want more clarity regarding their roles. Or the business has grown and they want to introduce a new level of of leadership. Or there are tensions in the partnership team.
  • Or, because there are tensions in the leadership team.

  • Before we begin, it's important to have confidence that we fit together. That's why I offer a free chemistry meeting.
  • We begin with an as-is analysis and 1:1 meetings with the business partners - how do they view the presenting issue(s), how well do they feel integrated into the partner team, what really matters to them?
  • Kick-Off meeting with the business partners to define the challenges to be addressed, prioritize them and align on the way forward.
  • What follows these initial steps is tailored to the needs of the business and the group.
