What I offer, who I am, how I do it

As a coach, I support business partners and leaders achieve their goals more effectively based on a holistic approach. 

We jointly address issues related to strategy, roles, purpose, culture or the way they interact as a group. Gently, I help my client to uncover blind spots, provide them with insights and teach skills that help them move forward. They become more effective both as individuals and as a group, making better decisions and using more of their energy for the things that really matter.
